Filling “Cremix with lemon flavor”, 5 kg
Fillings "Kremix" are intended for use as fillers after baking, interlayer and finishing of confectionery, bakery products with a shelf life of 3 to 5 months. "Kremix" fillings have low water activity, which ensures good microbiological stability of the product. The high content of solids (at least 70 Vx) prevents the penetration of moisture into the finished baking.
Compound
Sugar, prepared drinking water, vegetable fat, water-retaining agents (sorbitol, glycerin), thickener (modified corn starch), whey powder, lemon flavor, acidity regulator (citric acid), salt, preservative (potassium sorbate), dye.
Storage conditions
The product must be stored in warehouses with constant air circulation and humidity not exceeding 85%. It is not allowed to store together with products that have a sharp specific smell. After opening the package, store the product in the refrigerator.

Shelf life from the date of production is: from 0 °С to + 10 °С - 180 days

The product is packed in: corrugated cardboard boxes with liners, net weight: 5 kg; 10 kg; 20 kg.
