Thermostable fillings "Helix plus" - are intended for use as fillers both before and after baking, layering and finishing confectionery bakery products with a shelf life of the finished product 1-3 months. Thermostable fillings "Helix plus" are resistant to freezing and thawing, without changing their organoleptic properties in the temperature range from -40 °C to + 220 °C. Thermostable fillings "Helix plus" have low water activity, which ensures good microbiological stability of the product. The high content of solids (at least 67 Vx) prevents the penetration of moisture into the finished baking.

Storage conditions
The product must be stored in warehouses with constant air circulation and humidity not exceeding 85%. It is not allowed to store together with products that have a sharp specific smell. After opening the package, store the product in the refrigerator.
