Tomato concentrate
Description:
Tomato concentrate is prepared by rubbing and boiling ripe fresh tomatoes. Heat treatment significantly increases the amount of nutrients in the final product. In the finished form, the concentrated paste is a thick mass without the remains of stalks, skins and seeds. The product has a rich taste and a bright red color.
The concentrate is used for cooking canned vegetables, sauces, ketchups, juices. Tomato paste is suitable for giving dishes extra color, pleasant aroma, taste and texture.
