Dried cabbage is a product obtained by pre-grinding and freeze-drying the leaves of fresh white cabbage. Dried cabbage is used mainly in the food industry, it comes in two varieties – the first (higher, higher quality) and the second (calorizer). The humidity of dried cabbage should be about 14%, which is an indicator of the quality of the product. Dried white cabbage contains a lot of vitamin C, it also contains vitamins E, PP, H, group B and carotene. The product is rich in phosphorus, magnesium, and potassium.
Store at a temperature from 5 degrees C to 25 degrees C and a relative humidity of no more than 75%, shelf life of dried herbs: 1 year
