Prunes
Dried fruits of black plum are called prunes. The technology of prune production is quite complex. First of all, ripe and juicy fruits are selected, which are blanched, cooled in running water and dried in steam dryers. Then the prunes are cooled, sorted and immersed in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Next, glycerin is processed, which gives the prunes a characteristic shine.
