Red raisins
Red raisins are inferior to black varieties, but at the same time, they are superior to light ones. Raisins, which are commonly called red, are produced mainly in Afghanistan from grape varieties growing there. In this country, they adhere to the old natural methods of drying grapes.
Raisins contain vitamins of group B (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9), ascorbic acid, vitamins E, K, PP, micro- and macroelements — calcium, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, sodium, iron and zinc. The caloric content of the product is 265 kcal per 100 grams.
