Eggplant
The fruit is a large round, pear-shaped or cylindrical berry; the surface of the fruit is matte or glossy. Reaches 70 cm in length, 20 cm in diameter; weighs 0.4-1 kg. The color of ripe fruits is from gray-green to brownish-yellow. When fully ripe, they become rough and tasteless, so they are eaten a little underripe. In unripe fruits, the color varies from light purple to dark purple.
Eggplant is a rich source of nutrients such as:
