5 filter bags (15 g) are placed in enameled dishes, 300 ml (IV2 cups) of hot boiled water is poured, closed with a lid and heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, the filter bags are removed and squeezed out.
