To prepare the infusion, 20 g of herbs are placed in an enameled dish, poured with 1 cup (200 ml) of boiled water at room temperature, closed with a lid and heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, filtered through gauze and the remaining raw materials are squeezed out. The volume of the resulting infusion is brought to 200 ml with boiled water . The infusion is stored in a cool place for no more than 2 days.
Apply 2 tablespoons 3 times a day for half an hour before meals.
