Mobile X-ray complex c-arc carmex
CARMEX is a mobile X-ray device with an image amplifier designed for use in orthopedic, traumatology, abdominal, and urological operating rooms.
CARMEX consists of a rack and a monitor, and depending on the user's needs, standard video memory can be provided (video memory for receiving and displaying images with holding the last image on two monitors) or with an additional video processor (video processor: for receiving, displaying, as well as subsequent image processing).
The equipment acquires X-ray images in the following forms: continuous fluoroscopy, pulsed fluorography, single-shot fluoroscopy, high-dose fluoroscopy (elevated), low-dose fluoroscopy and standard radiography with CR and/or cassette film. In addition, image quality is improved by recursive filtering (with motion detection) to reduce dose/noise and improve edge.
CARMEX is extremely intuitive to use and easy to move even in very difficult and confined areas thanks to its compact and lightweight mechanical structure (extensive use of aluminum alloy), which also guarantees a minimum area. The CARMEX is also perfectly balanced and does not require constant use of brakes during normal use. The wheels are equipped with cable pushers and are controlled/decelerated by a single handle. Thanks to a certain balance of the unit, the front wheels can be easily removed to overcome small obstacles.
The X-ray generator is controlled by a microprocessor and operates at a high frequency to ensure accurate and stable high voltage generation. CARMEX can be equipped with both stationary and rotating anode X-ray tubes, and 9" and 12" image amplifiers are also available, all of which correspond to high-resolution CCD cameras for very high performance and excellence in image quality.
CARMEX can be equipped with various digital storage devices that range from basic LIH to advanced DSA applications (roadmap, max-op, cine-loop) with DICOM interface. Video output and thermal printer are also available.
In all versions of CARMEX C-arm, special attention was paid to maintaining the dose at very low levels. This is also possible thanks to accessories such as a motorized collimator, laser locators, a dispenser and a virtual collimator, which allows you to position the image in the desired way without any X-ray radiation.
