UNICAS 3030 Flexible Elastic Sealant

 It is a one-component, elastic, neutral sealant based on MS polymer. Has high mobility. Can be used indoors and outdoors.

PECULIARITIES

High thixotropy: suitable for horizontal and vertical applications.

Free of solvents, silicones and isocyanates

It has a low modulus of elasticity, which allows to compensate for the high mobility of the joints.

The tip of the tip is cut to the width of the working surface, and the cartridge is attached to the gun.

Contaminated areas and used tools can be cleaned with technical gasoline (white spirit) or alcohol before curing.

Filling expansion joints in multi-storey buildings

APPLICATION

Resistant to water, frost and harsh weather conditions.

· Before using the cartridge, its mouth is cut and a cannula is inserted into it.

· During application, gaps must be filled immediately and without gaps.

· Store on wooden pallets in a cool, dry and moisture-protected place at a temperature between +10°C and +25°C.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

For grouting and insulation where paintability is required

Can be painted with water-based paints.

No bubble formation is observed even on damp or wet surfaces.

The sausage wrap is cut at one end and inserted into the appropriate gun. The union nut is then screwed into the gun barrel.

Neutral, elastic, one-component adhesive sealant based on MS POLYMER. PROPERTIES: Low modulus. Elastic.

isocyanates. High-strength bonding to fires. Doesn't bubble. Doesn't shrink. Paintable. Excellent adhesion without

preliminary priming. Resistant to ultra-violet.

Surfaces of Akfix Allbond MS Flexi sprayed into joints should be smoothed immediately with a damp trowel, polishing board, joint iron or fingers.

In insulation of connecting and expansion joints in construction

If used, the adhesive tape should be removed later.

APPLICATIONS: Expansion and connection joints. Sealing joints and connections in factory buildings, in mobile

connections. It is used for sealing joints in door and window frames.
