MDF boards are widely used not only as a construction and finishing material, but also in the manufacture of furniture. The demand is mainly for laminated product or LMDF.

Features of LMDF

MDF boards are subjected to the lamination process not only to form surface protection from scratches, water and other negative factors. The main purpose is decorative.

Of particular interest from all the variety is the facade furniture board made of MDF. Due to the properties of the material, it can be used to form, for example, curved doors for corner cabinets or figuratively carved countertops, aprons for walls.

The edges of the part will remain smooth, without chips and defects. If a furniture board made of chipboard is used, then it is very difficult to achieve the same quality of processing, except only on professio2nal high-precision machines.

Window sills and countertops as moldings are produced in strips of 10-50 m, which are subsequently cut to specified sizes. They are in demand among manufacturers of furniture and window products. They are also used for finishing slopes.
