Tube shell with polymer coating
Description:
Pipe insulation made of foamed polyethylene with closed pores and an additional polymer layer.
Applies:
- for thermal insulation of main heating,
- for thermal insulation of cold and hot water supply pipelines,
- for sound insulation of sewer systems,
- for thermal insulation of air conditioning systems.
Pipe insulation made of foamed polyethylene has a closed cellular structure, thanks to which the material has waterproofing properties and protects the metal from corrosion. Outside, the pipe insulation is covered with a polymer coating, which increases the strength of communications and their service life by 4 times.
Main technical characteristics:
Operating temperature - -40 to +90 °C
Thermal conductivity coefficient - 0.035 W/m°C
Vapor permeability coefficient - 0.001 mg/m*h*Pa
The sound absorption coefficient for frequencies from 125 to 2000 Hz for the thickness of the material sample (5-10) mm is 0.04-0.14 Hz
Reflective effect of radiating energy - 90%
Tensile strength - 0.2 MPa
Flammability group according to GOST 30247-94 - G3 (it is possible to manufacture a material with a reduced degree of flammability on an individual order)
Relative density – 23-25 kg/m3
Environmental safety – non-toxic.
Service life – up to 50 years.
