SCOPE OF APPLICATION

The mixture of Penatut 512 is intended for gluing thermal insulation materials (expanded polystyrene / mineral wool slabs) and performing a protective reinforced layer when insulating facades of buildings and structures. It is used for insulation on brick, concrete, plastered and other mineral surfaces of new buildings in operation.

PREPARATION OF THE FOUNDATION

The preparation of the base should be carried out in accordance with the TC for the device of thermal insulation of enclosing structures using dry mixtures. The substrate must be dry, durable and free of impurities and substances that reduce adhesion (dust, fats, paint coatings, etc.). EXECUTION OF WORKS

The work should be performed under the following conditions: - when using Penatut 512, the temperature of the air and the base: - from +5 ° C to +30 ° C, the relative humidity of the air is not more than 60%; It is forbidden to carry out work under direct sunlight, during strong wind, rain, and also after rain on a wet base. It is necessary to protect the layers from the effects of atmospheric precipitation. STORAGE AND DISPOSAL

Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture indicated on the package. During storage and transportation, protection from atmospheric precipitation and the safety of the package from mechanical damage must be ensured. Store in branded sealed packaging in dry, cool rooms. It is allowed to store and transport at a negative temperature. During storage, sharp fluctuations in temperature and humidity should be avoided.
