Production of polyethylene pipes SDR 17.6 S 8.3 diameter 50
In order to provide our people with high-quality polymer plastic pipes, NIG launched the production of polyethylene pipes in 2019 and continues to supply high-quality polymer plastic pipes to our country, our people. Currently, the company produces high-quality polyethylene pipes with a diameter of 16 to 630 mm. Polyethylene (PE) pipes are a type of plastic pipes made from HDPE (low pressure polyethylene). Typically, these pipes are made of polyethylene grades PE 1OOPEe 80 and PE 63%; the first two brands are most often used. These pipes are mainly produced for pressure water and gas pipes, non-pressure technical pipes are also produced.

Advantages . Environmentally friendly production%; . Chemical resistance (transport drinking water without additional treatment); . Not covered with biofilm; B. High throughput; . Minimum number of connections; . Low accident rate; . impact resistant; . elastic; . Less preparation needed; . Flexibility; . The service life is about 100 years (compared to cast iron and metal ones, they last 10 times longer).
Use Polyethylene pipes are used for transportation of gaseous substances and liquids: drinking water, water supply, gas; as polyethylene is resistant to chemical reactions. Also, these pipes are used for laying wiring and cables. Connections Polyethylene pipes are connected in four ways: . Thermal butt welding, . Thermal welding socket; . Electrofusion fittings; Crimp fittings.
