How to return a product?

PACK THE PRODUCT CAREFULLY IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING INCLUDED.

(Items sold in sets must be returned in sets)

FILL OUT THE APPLICATION

A return statement must be attached to the order.

ATTACH COPY OF CASH RECEIPT, SPECIFY METHOD OF REFUND.

(by postal transfer or bank transfer)

REASONS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS

  • Exchanges are available for clothing, sporting goods, shoes, baby products, jewelry, and watches that differ in size or color.

Products displayed and delivered on TURBO.market, but sold by another seller, cannot be replaced, but can be returned.

You can exchange an item in Your Orders if the item being returned was not purchased under a promotion (excluding promotions with free shipping), the item being returned is not subject to a restocking fee, the item being returned was purchased with a credit or debit card, and the exchange item meets the other eligibility criteria listed below.

Exchange for another size or color

  • Exchanges are available for clothing, sporting goods, shoes, baby products, jewelry, and watches that differ in size or color.

The exchange item must meet the following criteria:

- A new item in a different size or color as the item being returned.

- It is supplied and sold by TURBO.market

Exchange item

You can exchange items that match your orders.

If the product is not exchangeable or you received the product as a gift, you must return the original
goods and place a new order.

To exchange an item:

Go to your orders and select

"Return or replace goods".

Select the item you wish to exchange and select a reason from the menu.

"Reason for return".

The exchange order will be created with the same shipping speed used for your original item. For a return original product, please use the return label provided. Return the original item within 30 days to avoid charging fees for both original and exchange goods.

Products displayed and delivered on TURBO.market, but sold by another seller, cannot be replaced, but can be returned.

If the item you are exchanging is worth less than your original purchase, we will refund the difference to you. If the new item costs more, we will charge you for the difference in price.
