Survey control

Today, survey services can be used by any participant in the exchange of goods - a supplier, a carrier, a recipient - and the characteristics of the cargo do not matter.

Survey is an inspection, assessment of goods transported by transport companies. Our technical experts carry out cargo inspection on behalf of one of the parties to the exchange of goods.

Survey services can cover all stages of the exchange of goods, from the very beginning. Highly qualified experts begin inspection of the quality of cargo at the stage of its production.

Manufacture of goods by the manufacturer

At this stage, an assessment is made of the quality and quantity of the material used for production. The conditions of cargo storage, the quality of labeling and packaging are checked.

Pre-Loading Inspection

At this stage, surveyors perform the following types of work:

  • re-checking the condition, packaging, labeling of goods;
  • monitoring of commodity and transport documents;
  • verification of the talman account;
  • filming of already loaded goods

Cargo survey

This type of check involves monitoring the correct loading, placement of goods, and the reliability of their fastening. The shipping process is photographed.

Warehouse Inspection

When warehousing the cargo, the surveyor performs quality control, conducts an inventory, weighs the cargo. There is an examination of damage to the cargo received during storage or transportation. The degree of damage is calculated, the visual condition is classified. Then the cargo is weighed again, the storage conditions are checked and the processes of unloading/loading into the warehouse are inspected. Based on the results of the inspection, a surveyor's report on the results of the inspection is drawn up.

Examination of damage and / or loss of goods

  • This type of surveyor inspection is the final one and consists of the following stages:
  • summing up the final results - on the degree of damage and the amount of damaged cargo;
  • calculation of the percentage ratio of illiquid goods to the entire consignment;
  • certification of violations in transportation, storage, warehousing, loading / unloading, which led to damage to the goods;
  • calculation of cargo shortage;
  • if there is a precedent - the establishment of the fact of theft of goods.

In addition to the above types of control and checks, the surveyor must check the condition of the freight transport and make an appropriate survey. It should be noted that such a check is needed in case of problems with the cargo.

Attention! The expert report on the cargo, supplemented by relevant documentation on the analyzed situation, is the evidence base in case of disputes between the participants in the trade. The surveyor acts as a third disinterested party and has the right to act in the arbitration court as a witness or expert.
