Trade Assurance serves to protect your online orders when paying through TURBO MARKET.

In cases where the quality of the product or the date of delivery differs from what the buyer and seller agreed upon when ordering online, a trade guarantee. We offer you assistance in achieving a satisfactory result and fulfillment of the terms of the contract (product quality, timely shipment date), including the return of your money. When ordering online, Trade Assurance, the buyer and seller indicate the requested quality of the product and indicate the date of shipment. Please carefully read the terms of the contract in order to know your rights and obligations.

If there is a problem with your order, please request a refund within 30 days of receiving the item.

We are here to support you throughout the manufacturing process and for the next 30 days after product delivery. After the delivery of the product, please check the quality of the product immediately to ensure its quality.

 How do I make sure my order is covered by the Trade Assurance?

  • Make sure the supplier has a Trade Assurance.
  • Check how much Trade Assurance is left with the supplier.
  • Specify the standards and requirements in the contract in detail and clearly. Make a payment only using the supplier's bank details specified on TURBO MARKET.

What types of orders are covered by the Trade Assurance? What orders does it apply to?

The Trade Assurance applies to orders that meet the following conditions:

  • The order is placed with a supplier who participates in the Trade Assurance program.
  • The order is placed via the Internet at TURBO MARKET.
  • The payment was made using the supplier's bank details specified on TURBO MARKET.

The Trade Assurance is not valid in the following cases:

  • Any claims, except for violations of the delivery time and quality of the goods
  • Damage to goods during delivery or upon receipt.
  • The item was shipped on time but did not arrive at its destination due to reasons beyond the control of the supplier.
  • When choosing protection before shipment, the product has quality problems after delivery.
  • A product in one of the following categories: vehicles, real estate, websites, ready-made businesses, classified ads, services, and certain types of business equipment.

How to use Trade Assurance?

Find a supplier who participates in the Trade Assurance program and place an order.

1. Find a supplier

  • Pay attention to the Trade Assurance badge of the seller in the form of a Trade Assurance icon and the Trade Assurance limit.

2. Negotiations with the supplier

  • It is necessary to agree on the amount from the limit that will cover your order, as well as on the date of shipment.
  • If you need product quality assurance, contact the supplier to arrange coverage before or after shipment, and discuss product quality requirements.

3. Start placing an order and preparing a contract

  • Click the "Start Order" button to place an order, or ask the supplier to prepare a draft Trade Assurance Contract.
  • Enter the amount of Trade Assurance coverage and the date of shipment.
  • If you want product quality protection, choose pre-shipment or post-delivery protection, and make sure the quality requirements are written into the contract.
  • Confirm the Trade Assurance Contract in your profile section.

Trade Assurance is a built-in protection service that applies to orders placed and paid for through our website. The Trade Assurance protects the buyer in the event that the supplier fails to comply with the terms of delivery or the quality of the product differs from what was agreed. While TURBO MARKET charges transaction fees for certain payment methods to offset our transaction costs in processing payments, we do not charge any additional fees for Trade Assurance.

If the supplier does not send the goods on time or the quality of the goods differs from the agreed one, you can apply for a return on TURBO MARKET within 30 days from the date of delivery. We will investigate and mediate your claim to a satisfactory outcome, including a refund of your purchase, if applicable.
