The more layers, the higher the strength of the packaging material. Gluing of sheets is carried out on shafts at high temperature.
Three-layer walls consist of two flat sheets and one corrugated sheet. This design is the most common. Three-layer boxes are suitable for compact products with low weight. For example, for products, stationery, appliances and spare parts, dishes and souvenirs, etc.
Five-layer walls consist of three flat and two corrugated sheets. This corrugated box is suitable for transporting large items. For example, furniture, electronics, household appliances, etc. It is also used for the delivery of bulk quantities of small goods, such as vegetables and fruits.
Seven-layer walls in corrugated boxes are rare. Typically, such containers are made to order.
